Our kitchen and delivery staff take extraordinary efforts to fulfill your order as soon as possible. However, sometimes due to congested metropolitan roads or during peak traffic hours / blocked routes and/or back-to-back orders placed in a relatively short time-frame especially during festive occasions might increase workload on our kitchen and delivery staff, it might take a little longer to than usual to deliver orders to our customers.

We prepare and send all orders as soon as possible within the hour, most orders reach the intended delivery destination within 60 minutes of order placement time.
